"This property is amazing! Hotel, amenities and rooms are so clean. Staff is courteous, friendly and accommodating. Room layout is perfect, it’s almost like a small apartment. My daughter and I have stayed in several hotels in be area around Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island over the past few years. This is by far our favorite, and well worth any rate I’ve ever paid to stay here. Sometimes even feel somewhat sad to have to checkout! :) "

"I stayed in a room with an adjoining door leading to another room, so unsure if that is a contributing factor, but the noise was unbearable. The walls were very thin, I could hear entire conversations being had by the guests next door, and I don’t even think they were speaking loud. I could also hear their phone alarms going off in the morning (and they unfortunately hit snooze several times). Also, the alarm clock in my room was set and went off at 2am!! The woman that works the breakfast buffet seemed frazzled and stressed, and was not the friendliest. Also, the breakfast buffet continually ran of out items and weren’t replaced. "

"The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. I couldn’t sleep one night so I went to the lobby to read so I wouldn’t wake my wife. The lobby lights were mostly off and the televisions were too loud to read there. The business center was also too dimly lit and loud with television sound to work in. All said, we would stay here again. "
