"I normally NEVER EVER leave reviews which already says a lot. Do not book a room in this location! !! Calling it a halfway house would be an insult to halfway houses. When I arrived to check in around 3:20pm not a soul was attending the reception for another 30-45 minutes. This is important because as soon as I saw the building I wanted to cancel the room and run. "They are very understaffed at this hotel. The line is out the door practically when you get to the one check in office they have for all of their hotels. The pools are very small with hardly any chairs available and people blast their music at all hours at the pools. Our room looked bigger and cleaner in the photos online and you hardly get anyone that speaks English on the property. Also they say they have parking but the spots are barely any parking spots and not in a lot basically on the side...

"The advertising doesn't reflect what they really gave us. We left the site 4 nights in advance. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one of the chairs needed immediate repair. The bathroom towels were very thin and old, and one of the large towels had some stains. This specific room is in need of urgent repairs and upgrade. No clothing hangers in the bathroom, just one for the towels. Breakfast was ok. Karen was very professional, but the general manager lacks a lot of customers relations...
