"Incredible location. Close to the metro. Walking distance to so many hot spots in Barcelona. Loved all of the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop views!!! The customer service was great all around. We were there for our anniversary and they left us a sweet card with treats, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was a perfect addition to our stay and had so many options to help start our day! Cappuccino/espresso machine available at all hours of the day. Water bottle refill...

"The hotel is beautiful, period. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our air conditioner not working our first night, and was a little frustrated how long it took to get someone to look at it (request investigation five times), we then moved to the room next door and it was fine. Other than that the rooftop is gorgeous with great views and pool. We loved the artifacts on the first floor and the rooms were especially large (in comparison to Lisbon and Madrid)....
