"The room was very clean and the view of the waterfront was beautiful"

"Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everybody was incredibly helpful and accommodating. All amenities such as shower and bed were perfect and breakfast was superb."

"Beautiful unique property! Rooms with all the modern comforts. Breakfast was delicious! Staff outstanding! Enya especially was wonderful!"

"Very nice hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning."

"Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only. Broken toilet seat, damp walls. Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning. Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture."

"We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! "The hotel was super clean and the room was very tidy and pretty modern. All the staff were lovely. Very nice to get free parking and breakfast. The only let down was the food in the evening. Paid quite a lot of money for three steaks and they were pretty poor quality and definitely not worth the money. The beds were quite soft which I'm not used to but still had a great night's sleep either way. I'll definitely look to stay here again though the next time we're down as it's in such a great...

"Fantastic setting. Beautiful building and comfy beds. Did not enjoy the curry but breakfasts were great. Loo handle in room 14 fell off a few times and cistern was slow to fill. Shower was fab and the big fluffy towels were super. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Great location lovely welcome on arrival super room great food. What else could you ask for? No need to look elsewhere if ever in the area again "

"We had really good stay. The property was fantastic with amazing views over the bay from the decking. Only downside was we had to provide our own towels & the tv constantly keep turning off. Other than that brilliant"

"Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…"

"The stairs were too steep and shallos"

"Lovely place to unwind, amazing shower. Convenient. Friendly owner."

"Loved our stay! The cottage is so cute and has everything you need."

"A lovely cottage for 2 in Littlehaven and we had a lovely relaxing weekend break"
