"Clean, nice spacious property what I expected for a new hotel. Toilet roll holder was about to fall off in my room. Easy for someone to fix however. Windows were dirty outside to didn’t get the cleanest view outside. Overall would stay again just small issues. :) thanks"
"Arrived early but given an upgraded room by Vince who was incredibly polite and helpful. Room was great and a nice touch was a small carton of real milk on each day. Helped with Uber booking and all staff really welcoming"

"Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch.
Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package.
Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating...
