"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation."

"Super nice adult-only resort. Lots of activities day and night. Great variety of food with beautiful presentation."

"The property was very clean, staff friendly, food was fair and the venue was nice. Honestly everything was very nice. The only bad things I have to say is that the shower were hard to use, the water pressure is insanely high and temperature is hard to gauge. Also the fact that there's only Internet included in the lobby, room Internet is extra was a bit of a surprise. Other than these minor points, everything is great!"

"La gentillesse de l’équipe et du directeur"

"Het resort is heel groot en bijna vol moeilijk om aan strandstoel te komen na 8u in de ochtend. De afstand naar de kamer soms groot en er tussen de gebouwen zijn geen wc beschikbaar. Te veel kraaien"

"We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception . They have...

"Ich bin extrem enttäuscht und fühle mich verarscht. Das Zimmer war bei Weitem nicht sauber – ich würde minus 10 Punkte geben, wenn es ginge. Das Essen war durchgehend schlecht bis sehr, sehr schlecht. Hinzu kommt, dass das Team nicht ehrlich war und mir unberechtigt zu viel Geld verlangt hat. Absolut unseriös und eine Frechheit. Von diesem Hotel kann ich nur abraten!"

"great location, easy to get around by walking or car , good restaurant across the street , Pizza di amore and Lamande Bakery and Sweet, I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my friend, all clean and well maintained, I was worried about previous reviews that people talked about finding bedbugs but I have to be honest , in our 3 nights stayed, both rooms were absolutely bugs free. no smells, just a little noisy outside but it didn’t bother my heavy sleep, lool. and yes I would say it is safe...

"Nice all inclusive resort, not far from most things in Hurghada. You never need to leave if you choose. Lots of activity for kids, which did need but see lots of families. Breakfast very good, others meals were ok but you need to be selective from variety of dishes. Mostly European tourists. Would recommend for family friendly all inclusive."

"All was great for the price and excellent location"

"Payment was not smooth Toilite paper and water was not enough. For example one small roll daily for three persons Food did not taste as fresh"

"Very good place"

"L'hôtel est très bien ainsi que la piscine seul le petit déjeuner était répétitif"

"Sehr nettes Personal. Von Rezeption, über Restaurant und Spa, alle super! Das Essen ist wirklich gut!"
