Amazing place, great value for the money and amazing service from the staff. we booked an all-inclusive package and the food was amazing. with ala-cart restaurants with table-service and 5 course menu to choose from all included... beach and snorkeling was first rate.

We stayed at this hotel for a week to enjoy the many activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The hotel is well located with shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the slides and water games.

Impeccable service

Had a lovely stay at Eagles Down. The service is impeccable and everyone was so nice and friendly. We loved to breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets with lots of Egyptian foods and fresh vegetables.

Great customer service but very bad WiFi and phone

first 2 days a little bit disappointed about room which is organized by worn facilities. However, their customer services were very well trained and super rapid, especially Esther, the concierge was!! just a most worried were, no AC was working at food dining area, and very weak/slow WiFi which even I could not update one photo data.

The hotel room doors were old fashioned couldn’t even access the lock system. Didn’t feel safe. Hotel reception and the pool area was clean but the dining room was disgusting. The hotel requires modernisation. The nicest place was the reception although no fresh flowers everything old other than the sofas. Not an ideal hotel for brits full of Russian tourists.

Family vacation

The hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff, Mr. Ayman and Mr. Mohamed, made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so helpful and friendly, even upgrading our room as a kind gesture. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast, which added to the overall convenience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with excellent room service to top it off. The food was delicious, and the à la carte restaurant, in particular, was exceptional. The entertainment was another highlight—the animation team and the parties they organized were so much fun! However, the best part of our stay was undoubtedly the beach. We absolutely loved spending time there and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere.

There was very loud music every night from 9-11pm more or less. We asked for a room change. We were moved to a room in the old part of the hotel which had builder's drilling from 10am till 6pm every day. At least we could sleep at night! We found it hard to find quietness anywhere in the hotel, even at the beach area.

Our first room was in terrible condition, with a sofa that was both dirty and broken. Even after being moved to another room, we kept having brown water every other day. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. To make things worse, the food was of very poor quality. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience and we would not recommend this hotel.

The Property is Substandard, Pools hours is very limited, there is not much outside lightening to the rooms, AC is bad on all three rooms we booked, they provide one key per room, food is horrible, the all inclusive is not to the expectation, limited hours for drinks and coffee. The rooms are old and furniture and towels are stained. There are better options for the price we paid!

Step Floors have very slippery tile and the ramps are even worse my mother slipped and broke her wrist. All members of our trip which was 10 all slipped in various parts of the hotel Extremely safety hazard especially because most get we from the pools. Worst part is the in house doctor inappropriately touched my mother 5 times and we had to call the cops which resulted in his firing. Staff tried covering it up and bribing us so we wouldn’t make a police report! Beware don’t stay here!

here is a detailed review . its a bit long read if this property is 2 Star its a nice place. it doesnt qualify for anything more than that 1) the property is not on the beach, its on the other side of the Road 2) Putting just 3 slides on the pool. should not qualify to call it a aqua park hotel. the pools are very small to swim. its just enough to take a dip and get wet. 3) There is construction going on on site. they are doing the other rooms. not the best experience if you wanna take a holiday 4) The Reception staff will only "Pretend" to help you if you promise them to give a good review on the site. the gentleman who checked us out had little to no courtesy. we usually leave the beach towels in the room. and room service takes care of it. he made is carry it all the way to the reception. 5) There is "NP PARKING" in the hotel. although on Expedia, I was told there is parking at site. they will simply tell you, its not allowed by Tourist Police. 6) There is only 1 restaurant for buffet. the food quality is much below average. the bakery is not fresh, the menu is poor, and the fresh fruits and vegetables are far from fresh. We stayed during Eid holidays, obviously the rate we paid was crazy expensive. however, after paying such a big price, the quality was very dissappointing.

Furchtbar. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Couch und Doppelbett gebucht Bekomme haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelbetten. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es war ein dunkles Loch. Man musste den ganzen Tag Licht anhaben. Das Gute an dem Hotel war man hat nicht viel Geld gebraucht dadurch das man nie bedient worden ist. Nach Anuf von Expedia Mitarbeiterin Dina wurde einem zugesagt das wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wurde bis zum letzten Tag verschoben. Leider bekomme ich keine Bilder reingestellt.

Je ne sais par où commencer ! Arrives le 12/11 avec normalement une chambre vue piscine, le réceptionniste essaye de nous refourguer une chambre sur le « parking » avec des travaux en cours, un bruit insoutenable, lorsque je demande la chambre que j’ai payé 1h après il me dit que ça n’est pas possible et qu’il regarde demain, j’exige alors plus fermement ma chambre due et là le comportement de ce cher monsieur est tout autre ! Regard noir, jette les clés de la chambre sur le comptoir et j’en passe, bref j’arrive à enfin avoir une chambre potable qui ne donne plus sur un champ de bataille. Cependant, le bruit est toujours le même h24 car l’hôtel est très mal situé, mauvais quartier, sale, aucune isolation au niveau des chambres si vous avez le bonheur d’avoir des voisins c’est comme s’ils étaient chez vous. Serviettes de toilettes sales, on vous donne des serviettes pour la plage et la piscine, celles ci sont remises dans les placards quand vous partez et données à d’autres après.. d’ailleurs ne comptez pas vous baigner dans les piscines, impossible d’y rentrer vu les températures de l’eau. La nourriture est absolument chaque jour la même et rien de basique du coup ne vous attendez pas à profiter du all inclusive car quasiment rien n’est bon (de même pour les boissons qui ont un goût de tout sauf de ce qu’elles doivent avoir). Surtout n’ayez pas le malheur de jeter un œil dans les cuisines car vous aurez envie de pleurer.. je pourrais en dire comme ça des heures !

Entgegen der zahlreichen schlechten Bewertungen fanden wir es schön. Typisch für Hurghada darf man meist nicht ganz genau in die Ecken schauen, da dort andere Verhältnisse herrschen. Aber das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht. Der Zimmerservice hat tolle Arbeit gemacht und sowohl die Hotelanlage als auch der Strand (zu Fuß erreichbar) waren super. Essen war jeden Tag verschieden und für jeden etwas dabei. Für unser Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war es ein toller Urlaub und es gab kaum negatives. Auch das Bier war lecker und All-Inklusive war hier auch AI. Auch mit Kindern völlig in Ordnung!

Vælg ikke dette hotel. Der var møgbeskidt på værelset og meget nedslidt. Dårlig seng og direkte ulækkert badeværelse, som lugtede af fugt og mug. Meget larm i døgndrift fra store kompressorer, der stod lige udenfor vores værelse. Larm i dagtimerne fra håndværkere der arbejder med donhammere i beton. Maden var elendig til alle 3 måltider. Vi endte med kun at spise kun morgenmad på hotellet, hvilket var så ringe at vi kun spiste lidt æg og en croissant. Til de andre måltider, valgte vi at gå ud at spise selvom vi havde all inclusive. Det eneste der var lækkert, var stranden. Men der skulle man så lige gå knap 1 km. for at komme til.
