Good location just out of city center. Free bikes! Only problem, they will not give you breakfast if you do not put your order in the night before. It rained a lot, so we slept a lot there. The aircon is extra cold!!!

We had a wonderful stay at VaiA! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the historic center of Hoi An. The air conditioner in the room worked great, breakfast was delicious, and there was free coffee and tea provided 24 hours a day. The very best part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially Maya. We had an issue with our flight (our fault) and Maya worked very hard to help us fix the problem - she followed up to make sure everything was ok, and we were so impressed by how professional and kind she was, and how genuine she seemed to be in wanting to help. We would not have been able to resolve the issue without all of her help and would probably have been stuck at the airport. Thank you Maya!!!

Nice hotel for the price. I would stay there again

Great hotel just outside of the Old city but only a few blocks. Room was good size and amenities were fine. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Restaurants around the area. Location was nice as I would not want to be inside Old Town. As a female solo traveler I felt safe walking to and from Old Town although I was usually in by 10pm. Taxi was only 30,000 dong from Old Town but mostly I walked back. Mini mart, great massages and ATM close. Breakfast was basic as you preordered the night.

Vaia is centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the night market. Staff was very welcoming and the area felt safe. We arrived at the hotel in the morning as we had caught an early flight to Hoi An. We were thankful we were able to get an early check in and also a hot breakfast. Thank you to the staff for our anniversary surprise!

Edge of old town hotel with excellent facilities

Excellent reception staff helpful and attentive. Good arrival drinks and information about Hoi An. Good size room. No tea making facilities in the room but available 24/7 in the lobby. Only negative was no elevator.

Great value in perfect Hoi An

A very pleasant little hotel run by a very professional & helpful lady called Ann. She was very attentive and even booked our ongoing bus to Hue. Our first room, the door wouldn’t lock so we moved rooms. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ROOM STATES A BATH, ONLY THE EXECUTIVE SUITES HAVE ONE. The shower was good however. Breakfast selection was good from a menu. The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. The only downside is their neighbours have a bunch of chickens and a dog that are very loud at all hours! Good location only a short walk into the ancient town. We stayed for 5 nights in total. I would recommend Vaia Boutique and stay again.

Lovely and good value hotel near to old town

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The stay were so friendly. Breakfast is made to order (selection made the night before). Free bike hire, free cocktail 4-6pm. Free tea and coffee available 24hrs. Can easily organise motorbike hire.

Super Hotel in Altstadtnähe...

Hoi An - die Altstadt mit Laternen und viele süsse Ecken!! Abends geniesst man dieses Ambiente & tagüber geniesst man eine der vielen Ausflüge, fährt selber Fahrrad oder lässt sich was schneidern. Egal was, es ist super entspannend in Hoi An zu sein.

Quite pleased with the overall experience.

Most of the staff spoke a reasonable amount of English and were very helpful and personable (Sweet). Hotel doesn't have an elevator (That's Ok, I need the exercise). The price for this hotel is fair in my opinion. Breakfast was delicious and the proximity to old town made it easy to walk for shopping or local cuisine. Airport shuttles, arranged by the hotel, arrived on time.
