"Great place… only issue is there is a women at the front desk who uses her phone all the time and deals with people as if they are a nuisance. Rest of the staff is helpful and seem to go out of their way to be helpful."

"The closet door was falling off and laying against one of our beds so we had to immediately change rooms upon checking in. Our second room had a disgusting stained sofa, a large red stain on the carpet, and public hairs in the shower. "

"The hotel looks new, had great coffee. Has a gym and an indoor pool.the room was nice but small. Reminds me of a Microtel. The floor in the room was absolutely filthy. I let the front desk know."

"No variety for breakfast - only apples, no yogurt or muffins/pastries/wheat bread the first day. Rooms need to be updated - shower rod was hanging out of the wall, cracks/dents/marks in walls, very old, small tv, beds need to be replaced. Some issue with the elevator to the 3rd floor but we were on the first floor. Staff was friendly."

"The air conditioning unit racks were very dirty. There were holes in the lamp. The room was presentable for the most part, there were paint dryings on the floor, like paint crumbs as if the floor wasn’t vacuumed well at all. There was trash behind one of the bedside dressers. The shower head had molt on it. The comforter had cigarette holes on it and the bathroom door had a punch hole in it. It was a quiet visit though. "

"Location was Ok Hotel is dated not up to the standards of Hamptons or Holiday Inns Express hotels. "
