"The actual hotel staff was really nice, housekeeping staff was amazing. The hotel and their reservation team is a big scam though. I booked for six nights and my booking explicitly stated that breakfast was included. Upon checking in I was told my booking didn’t come with breakfast. I showed them my reservation email confirmation and they said they’d check with the reservation team. Never got back to me and even when I tried to reach the reservations team directly they never responded so ended...

Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. "This property is in a great and lively location in Cihangir. Do be aware that there is a fair bit of noise from bars and venues in the area, but manageable if you too are planning to be up a bit later into the evening or if you're a heavy sleeper. The room I was given was beautiful, with high ceilings, nice windows that open to a courtyard and plenty of space. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good pressure. Biggest issue was that the front desk does not seem to be regularly manned....
