Our room was very nice. My husband picked up a snack from the room bar just to look at it, he put it back, did not eat it and later we noticed that we were charged for a snack item. This is unfair.

The front desk was helpful. Ordered food from the room and waited to be notified to pick it up, after two hours and no call I went over there to Harras which is the sister property. They didn’t know what happened and didn’t have my order. They refunded and took new order. When I arrived at the room to eat it they didn’t put utensils. I had to go back and get utensils from the front desk who located some for me. I finally got back to the room and the food was cold and there’s no way to heat it up. I didn’t eat it. The hotel was under construction and before 7am I could hear drilling and hammering. The carpet was being replaced in harras and it stunk. My coffee maker didn’t work either. It may be better once they finish but this trip was not enjoyable staying there
This hotel is a total scam. They have used renderings of the remodel that they’re doing in the next year lure the property. Their initial picture on the listing is a beautiful pool and spa area with a gorgeous pool area with loungers, etc. I a sauna a spa a gorgeous gym, etc. turns out that stuff isn’t going to be ready to possibly 2027. They also did not clean our room the entire time we were at the property which was at four days. We didn’t get our beds made. We didn’t get new towels. They didn’t dump our garbage. They didn’t do a single thing while we were there. The escalators were broken most of the time so we couldn’t even get to the floor where the hotel rooms were without having to go all the way around. They said we could use a hotel gym at another hotel down the block as if that was convenient. My husband is someone who works out six days a week and this is a huge deal for him if I had known, I would’ve never booked this hotel they also charge an outrageous price for valet parking and even in amenities fee for amenities that they don’t even have. I have literally looked through every picture they have listed on Expedia and every single one is doctored. They are not valid. They have no pool no workout room no sun and no spa, etc. Do not book those hotel literally book any other one you’ll be happier.p
Clean rooms and good staff. Only issue we had was with parking. Staff was hesitant to help us and fix the issues but once we spoke to a manager everything worked out.
My stay experience was not really good. They didn't do the housekeeping for the entire 3 night stay.

The hotel charges $30 resort fee, internet down, no fitness center and no pool due to construction. So why the resort fee? $20 charge a day for parking.
Guests are not allowed to enter the hotel parking while people are exiting the concert venue. We sat in our car for 30 minutes while we got yelled at by the parking attendants.
Loud music until 1am. Not sure where it was coming from. Won’t be staying here again.
On road trip and wanted to stay in Tahoe for 2 nights. I checked to see if they had a fitness center. Checked for table games in the casino, looked for restaurants and they list a Mexican Restaurant on site, after I had made reservations I received an email stating construction remodel was going on, sorry for inconvenience. Paid mandatory Resort fee, Paid for Parking. Fitness center closed, had to go across the street to use Harrahs, Craps table never opened for my full stay, had to go to Ballys for gambling. Mexican restaurant only open Thursday though Sunday. My stay was Monday and Tuesday. Construction is Major inside the Casino. Not a memorable Stay.
Checking in was a disaster. Their staff have no clue what they're doing. It took 45 minutes to get our room keys. We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED.
We stayed at this hotel knowing that construction was ongoing, and we understood that some amenities would not be available during our stay. That was not an issue, as it was clearly communicated before booking.
What was disappointing was that housekeeping service was not provided during our stay, which was not made clear to us in advance. Our room was never serviced, our bed was not made, and towels were not refreshed. When we needed additional towels or assistance, we had to call housekeeping, and it was often difficult to reach someone.
We also ordered room service for dinner from the hotel restaurant, and unfortunately the food quality was very poor. The meal tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared and was not what we expected.
Overall, our experience was just okay. While we understand that construction can impact hotel operations, the lack of housekeeping service and poor dining experience were disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until the construction is completed and normal services are fully restored.
Room was clean and well appointed. . Water pressure in shower was a little low and even though shower doors were closed water leaked out. Room was quiet, employees were kind and helpful.
We traveled as a family the rooms closest to the Main Street were so loud on the weekends with car noise and the bar across the road and it’s dance club music . that we requested a room at the back of the hotel. Thankfully we could move and had the best night sleep. Wolf restaurant was amazing experience.

It was being remodeled at the same time of the stay. very inconvenient
Pass on this hotel as it is under massive construction!!! Noise all day. No maid service. Our room was not very clean as we did have a newly renovated room. Only one elevator and long lines waiting to go up & down. No amenities available ie the pool or the gym and you still have to pay resort fee and no resort. And you have to pay for parking too. The hotel store was closed or open and no one to help you. Very frustrating for all the money you pay. Not worth it at all. The staff was at best doing only the bare minimum thing. Would not stay again as I work to hard for my money!!
Do not stay here . They charged my card randomly ,during an only two night stay ,by a lot of money for fraudulent charges . I still have not received my refunds while I wait for these funds to reversed . The night male staff front desk person was condescending, bad at communicating clearly , and extremely unkind . This completely ruined our experience. They offered a room credit that never existed and could not be put to use when we tried . They still have not made this right and owe me lots of money . A waste , under construction with no communication of that until after you book, rude staff … all around a horrible experience!!!
When we checked in, we were assigned a room that was not what we had booked—an ADA room without the king bed we requested. The room felt very bare, and the bathroom lacked basic amenities like cotton balls and standard toiletries.
The bigger issue happened when my husband went to shower and the metal shower fixture suddenly detached and struck his leg, exposing unsafe plumbing. We called the front desk and main line multiple times with no response, so we went downstairs in person. We were told there was no ETA for repairs and no other rooms available for a proper transfer.
We requested maintenance and left for dinner. Dinner at Wolf was the only highlight of the stay—the restaurant itself is beautiful, and both the food and service were excellent.
Two hours later, we returned to the front desk and there was still no update. We asked for a manager, who seemed frustrated to assist and offered no apology. The only option given was another ADA room, still not what we had originally booked.
That room also felt under-equipped, with minimal amenities and an empty shower gel dispenser.
Overall, the property fell far below expectations in both room quality and customer service, with serious safety and responsiveness concerns.
