"Kaye was communicative and lovely. Her home is a calming respite for busy travelers. The outdoor space is spacious and beautiful, with friendly horses nearby. The bed was a bit soft for us, but the room was very clean. My Way Guesthouse is a very good value."

"Spacious family room which worked really well for two humans and one pooch for a night. Room at the back of the pub which was really really quiet and peaceful overnight. Such a shame the double glazing has blown and the view out over the fields was obscured as it was lovely. Good sized hot shower. A few hooks on doors and towel rails would be the only thing to add to the space. Lovely original character features in the room. Very comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep for all...

"No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience."

They communicated very promptly over messages and calls, and gave us clear information about parking, amenities, and check-in/check-out which made everything stress-free from the start. The room itself was exquisite — spotlessly clean, beautifully laid out, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the warm, low lighting which made the space...
