Lovely lovely stay! Eveything has been really thought out and comfy bed wifi assces to kitchen facillities so perfect for budgeting an over night stay and being able to take food with you rather than buying food in or staying at a hotel where they charge extra prices for somwthing like a pot noodle! Was so hand having somewhere to be able make food for our toddler as she can get unpredicatable as to when she hungry 10/10
Great little place, easy to get to and within easy distance of the city centre, public transport etc.
Room was clean, cosy and bed was comfortable. Directions to get in were precise and easy to follow and in all a great place to stay. Would use again and would recommend.
Good place to stay. Quite close to route of travel between England and Scotland. Aldi, Petrol station, washing machines, restaurants all around the accommodation. Excellent communication with Joanne for checking in. There is a handy small shared kitchen on the ground floor.
Contact with the owners was efficient. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Only slight downside was the TV coming on randomly twice in the middle of the night.
Great place to stay for the night excellent options for food and drink close by . Metro centre easy and quick walking distance. Quality room and facilities very comfortable bed had a great night sleep. Overall needed somewhere to get our head's down for the night before carrying on with our journey this ticks the box will definitely come back again. Very good communication and easy to find.
Clean rooms that had all the accroutrements of an hotel. Nothing plush but enough for a comfortable stay. It was great that we were able to have all 3 rooms. Excellent communications with owner
Nice clean room, extremely comfy bed. Good communication from owner to gain key. Was even nice of her to have the room ready early as I was meeting someone at the metrocentre. Would definitely recommend and will definitely back for another stay when I'm in the area.
This was a basic room and cheap but was comfortable and clean. You could not ask for anymore for the price paid.
Did not physically meet the owner but she was available via text for anything required - which we did not need.
Room had TV and fridge and their was a kitchen downstairs for our use.

Good value for money - but call for directions!
The listing says free parking on site. In fact the property is down a pedestrian alley with no vehicle access - that said there is ample free off-road parking close by. Given it's location it's very difficult to find, the view of the property on the listing is only visible once you're inside their yard behind a locked gate - I drove up & down several times looking for the property. Once I spoke to the property it was easy enough to find, but you do need directions! All that said the bed was comfy, the shower excellent and the service friendly. Now I know where it is I would stay there again. (I didn't need it but there is a full kitchen available for guest use). Lots of take away, restaurant food and shops on the doorstep.
I needed only one night stay in Newcastle and found this property by accident after unsuccessful expensive attempts with Premier Inn and Travelodge.
Very-very happy! I had full instructions with the photos for check-in which was easy to follow. It took me only 20 minutes on the bus from the train station. Lidl is just across the road and the pub if you need, around the corner.
The room was very cosy, with huge bed, towels, fridge and plenty of tea and coffee.
Highly recommend this property, thank you
The property is clean, tidy and comfortable. The little communal kitchen area is a very good idea for making food or sitting in while eating a takeaway.
There is plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and also a little fridge for storing milk, drinks, food etc.
Have stayed before, hence why I returned again. It is convenient for many uses and close to the A1. There are local shops, takeaways and a petrol station all within walking distance.
The only negative I had, was that it was too warm. So, I had to turn all the radiators off in my room. The heating seems to be on constantly, or the thermostat is turned up too high.
If arriving in the dark, I would advise taking a torch, as the coded gate is in a dark alleyway, and it's hard to see the digits on the lock.
Close enough to city centre. Places to eat without having to drive plus a Lidl across the road. Fridge & kettle in room. Little communal kitchen to share between the 3 rooms at this property. Would return.
If you’re looking for a cheap, comfortable secret little bolt hole for one night to sort yourself before ‘moving on’ this is perfect. Don’t expect glitz n glamour but more than adequately suitable. FREE PARKING (not onsite but two mins walk) whats not to like about that…… NOTHING! Decent Fish.n Chip shop called Maguire’s with easy striking distance!💪👍
Good value no frills accommodation in a good locat
Good convenient accommodation for a short stay. Although fairly basic it was clean and had all the facilities needed. Given the price it was really good value. The location was good and close to a wide range of restaurants etc. The parking was very close but a clearer description of its location would be helpful

At first it was hard to find as its hidden behind a fence, but secure. We had to park in the chip shop opposite as there is no parking, the agent that gave us the keys and explained everything was polite and friendly. The room was clean. We would stop again as the price was reasonable and near to where we were visiting
