"The host is incredibly lovely, helpful & hard-working. The property is wonderful with great views & outdoor area to enjoy breakfast & relax after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast provided was extensive and delicious. The shower was great & was always hot. The bed was so so comfortable, not rock hard like other beds I have experienced in Italy. It’s outside the city walls but only a 10 minute walk uphill or downhill to & from Porta Maggiore or a couple more around to the escalator & lift up...

Wouldn’t recommend if you were planning on visiting the old town as it’s not exactly walkable and there is 1 cab driver and he charged us 20 euro for a 5 minute drive from the train station but 25 euro for the 15 minute drive up into old town!
