"Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom...

"The only thing was too many mosquitoes. If its possible to spray to eliminate the mosquitoes or have running water all over the property (like in Disney World), it would of been awesome. Everything else was great"

"We've stayed several times, and this was the first time in the off season. Unfortunately the swim up bar was closed, as well as two pools, but they plan to have them open soon. The beds are hard, but ask for a matress topper!! They are happy to oblige! Overall, still love the place! "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff, food and weather was great! The rooms were a little dated but everything else made up for that.

"Hotel was beautiful. Service was excellent. Richardo was very helpful though out our stay. He was polite and willing to help with whatever we needed. I definitely recommend this place if you want to get away and relax. "
