"Clean but small rooms, friendly staff. There is food on the premises - we ate a quick late dinner there and they had ample veg options. Very conveniently located in the city center and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants and public transport and it is super easy to get an Uber too. The only downside is that their A/C system is poor. It would not matter normally but we stayed in August with 90-95F temperatures and the bad A/C did not help plus the rooms don't have table fans. If they fix this for hot summers, this hotel would be a less expensive , great option at a great location."

"Clean rooms. Equipped with essentials. Breakfast provided if you need it , although we never ate there. Excellent location - being in the city center means proximity to great coffee shops and restaurants , all within walking distance. Easy to get an Uber anywhere else. This hotel also has parking if you rent a car."

"Beautiful clean room with good Wi-Fi and lovely stuff. The parking was a little bit difficult around the back but we managed. Just remember it's a very hilly part of Bristol so bring your flat shoes."

"Wonderful setting, hotel and grounds were lovely, staff were all helpful, layout of hotel was quite confusing for us as we were located on the 1st floor, this meant we had to go upstairs to go down to floor 1 - took a bit of time to get used to. Room was large and great toiletries provided in rooms. The spa was great, relaxation room perfect. We ate in the steak restaurant and food was exceptional. Considering this was not a city centre hotel was surprised to have to pay for parking, of which there were plenty of spaces when we arrived."

"We had a lovely night at the hotel. Check in was efficient and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Wowed by the big tv. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and had a perfect nights sleep. The shower was also great, large and has great smelling shower gel and conditioner. We had lunch and drinks in the bar which was fresh and delicious and good portions. Nice touch having a chiller in our room. Breakfast was perfect, fresh and a good selection of hot and cold options. We would highly recommend a stay here."

"Great location next to terminal. Check in was so quick and simple. All the staff were fantastic, polite and efficient but special mention to the supervisor/manager Lauren. So friendly, efficient and professional. I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but remembered her from last time as she helped us and was brilliant the last visit. Room was spotless, housekeeping do a wonderful job. Possibly cleanest room I've ever stayed in home and abroad. I will always use this hotel when flying from Bristol."
