"Nice resort off beaten path. There was a very loud Hispanic family that was screaming and yelling every night. I had to complain to the front desk who told me they’re paying to stay here too. I won’t return as the resort should have addressed the situation before I had to complain and I didn’t like that they told me they’re paying to stay too."

"Lovely vintage motel/apartments. Built in 1969 but remodeled. We stayed in a 2/2 with kitchen. Full sized refrigerator, sink, gas 4 burner stove top, microwave and nice counter space. Both bathrooms had showers and nice sized sink with vanity. Comfortable pull out love seat in living/dining area. Nice beach chairs with umbrellas on Oceanside. No beach but a beautiful view! Last but not least the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good."

"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. "We stayed for 1 night and it was great! Not a luxury property but perfect for what its meant to do! Comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, table with chairs, enough towels very clean, we would stay again! Simple but clean and comfortable!"

"Loved how the bar is right there outside the rooms. Can’t say anything bad besides it’s hard to see the sign when looking for the address!"

"Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself."

"The building needs major repairs! The hallways on the first and second floors were hot. Housekeeping and others fanned themselves as they walked through. We were told the HVAC unit was “in need of repairs.” They remained the same temperature all five days. The elevators were down one day. People checking in had to carry luggage upstairs.
