Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though. "Great hotel near the central train station, a little far from the lively night life streets if that’s your thing. Very walkable. Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast down the street has amazing croissants. If the other guests are out in the common area late at night noise travels pretty well is my only complaint."
