"Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area especially if they are looking for a nice play to stay close the Campus. Lots of food options and once Olive Garden is completed, it is across the parking lot! "
"We enjoyed staying here which was conveniently located near the highway (but far enough so you don't hear the noise), restaurants, and the town. The rooms were nice and clean which included a full fridge, microwave, small stove, dishwasher, coffee pot and kitchen supplies. The bed was firm, and pillows were great (at least to us). There was plenty of room to spread out to put your clothes / things in closet. Only thing that they didn't have is a room safe which would've been nice to have....

"I always like to stay at Iowa House when I'm in Ames. The location is excellent, the breakfast always delicious, and the self-serve aspect of the house works really well. The common spaces are comfortable and nicely appointed, bringing back that ISU vibe with mid-century decor and oak treatments."
