The staff, was, friendly, helpful, and the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been upgraded to “favorite guest” status. And the location is great! "The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. "

"We went to Kansas City for the first ever Hallmark Experience. It was a perfect 15 minute walk to the Crown Center. My only complaint was they did not offer the Hallmark Channel on the TV. (Kansas City is the home of Hallmark). As far as the hotel itself, clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, really enjoyed the potatoes! "

"This is our go-to hotel in KC. It is conveniently located in the middle of the Power and Light district. The T-Mobile center is in walking distance.
The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious.
The only issue we had when last time we stayed there was that the elevator wasn’t working properly. Hopefully that issue has been fixed."

"The room was super clean and the decor was amazing. Everything was super comfortable, too. I must specially mention that Travis and Madisyn at the front desk went above and beyond on providing the best customer service! Also Reggie in maintenance was so much fun, quick to solve our issue (which was minor), and the nicest guy. Lastly, the housekeepers were also extremely nice and personable. We will come back just for the customer service alone. Thank you all!"
