We had a lovely stay in downtown Kansas City. The Aiden was close to great restaurants. Beds were fabulous and the room lay out allowed for one of us to stay up late and not disturb the other. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is brand new and very clean with tasteful furnishings and decor. It was a really hot day and AC was perfect- quiet and efficient. The staff were helpful and nice. The location is very convenient. I would stay there again.

This place was amazing! If you're visiting the T-Mobile Center, it's as close as you'll get. The whole place feels brand new. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! They even have Dry Bar products in the bathroom, so you don't even need shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. It's so easy to get to coming off the interstate as well.

I need to make clear to people to not take a ticket from the parking spots that you come into until later use the key card and never use the ticket that that little white Ticket machine will give you as you pull into the parking lot. This was a very confusing situation and should not be such a headache and on top of that your parking should not be $30 come on people. I will say the staff was super friendly..

Today we were lucky enough to stay at this hotel, and I have to admit I was a little surprised to see that there were no reviews yet. Now I’m actually proud that mine will be the first! This is a brand-new hotel from our favorite Best Western family, located right in downtown Kansas City, and it is absolutely fantastic. If you love fresh, modern, stylish design, luxurious Drybar toiletries, silky-soft towels, spotless rooms, and that wonderful feeling of being somewhere completely new and well cared for, you will love this place. What impressed us even more was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and treated us like valued guests rather than just another reservation. At check-in, we were even given complimentary bottles of water — something we rarely see, despite traveling very frequently and staying in many hotels every year. The team was always ready to help with anything we needed, and their hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel also offers guest parking for $30, which is significantly less expensive than many other parking options in the area and very convenient. One more thing I have to mention: the water! I don’t know if it’s the city’s water or if the hotel has an exceptional filtration system, but the water was incredibly soft. As someone who notices these things, I would honestly rate it 10/10. My advice: take advantage of this hidden gem while it’s still new and priced more competitively than many nearby hotels. I highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was good overall, and we had a great experience. Just keep in mind that parking is not included and there is an additional fee. We would definitely stay here again!

Went to see Benson Boone at the TMobile center. I don’t think you could get a better hotel as close. Super clean, comfy beds and I loved the bathrooms. Kind desk staff. Parking is expensive (30$ per day) but if you’re staying in the area you don’t even need to move your car because it’s so close to everything. Will stay here again

The hotel was clean and in a good location. Parking was $30 per day. If you parked in the garage there is no elevator to the lobby or to the rooms. You have to go to the next level for that. Ice machines were scarce and didn't work if you found one. For the price I will look at other hotels next time.
