Just as important was the service. Warm, responsive, and personal without ever feeling overbearing. It felt like people cared that you were there. And then there’s the neighborhood layer. Mornings started at The Filling Station Coffee Garage, a short walk away and the perfect complement to the stay. Great coffee, genuine friendliness, and a charm that reinforces the authenticity of the area. That combination, the hotel, the people, and the surrounding places, creates something cohesive. If you are a local, use it as a place to recharge for a night. If you are coming to visit, just enjoy. Highly recommend. P.S. Parking is onsite, there is a clothes steamer rather than an iron, and there is not a small refrigerator but there is an ice maker."
