"Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel."
"This hotel is very good indeed. The roof top restaurant has amazing views over the town and the sea. The evening menu is great and the all you can eat cooked and continental breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop pool is also a plus. Within a short walk from the restaurants at Biarritz and 5 to 10 minutes from the beaches we had a perfect stay. "
"I loved it. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Glorious spa and 2 free activities. Indoor and outdoor pools. Overlooking the beach. Short walk to town centre. Some say it needs an external paint job and it does. But that did not spoil my visit. "
"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc.
The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages.
If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly...

"Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!"
