"Good accommodation for trnasit, however the breackfest booked separately was awful. I do not recommend the breakfest here."

"Tutto tranquillo"

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

"The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails."

"Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊"

"The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the pool was limited but decent and the breakfast was good."

"Wunderschön in einem Park gelegener alter Palazzo mit schönem Pool. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. In manchen Bereichen besteht ein gewisser Renovierungsstau."

"Awesome hotel, convenient walking distance. Enjoyed it very much."

I showed the staff member my Expedia confirmation on my phone, which clearly showed the reservation information, including that it was for 2 guests. I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...
