"Wir hatten einen"

"A great place to stay. Quality and cleanliness were excellent. The host was pleasant and gracious, she spent the time to explain everything. Very convenient to the train station and walkable to Old Town tourist attractions"

"We enjoyed our seven day stay. It is close to the train, restaurants and shops. All staff was very helpful and the place is clean. The WIFI is very good. There is no elevator but reception quickly found us someone to help us with our luggage for a reasonable fee. I think he was a nearby cab driver. There is a mini room kitchen with dishes and a common room kitchen."

"Bästa service Vi fick mycket hjälp i en stressig situation Jätte service orienterad"

"Hotel is in bad area, smelled like smoke. You can smoke in room, but on small balcony , which does get into bedding etc…Also bathroom is detached from room."

"Super close to the centrale Station and super helpful staff and food was great!"

"Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights."

"Das Zimmer war sauber. An einigen Stellen aber in die Jahre gekommen mit deutlichen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Die Lage vom Hotel war gut und man konnte zu Fuß schnell in die Stadt laufen."

"Side small bed in room had dirty sheets on it and staff seemed a bit putoff by the request to have the sheets changed when we pulled back the blankets and found clearly dirty sheets. Restaurant food, view, and staff were excellent. Front desk staff only provided one key and said having 2 was "maybe possible" but 3 (since there were 3 of us) was impossible. Housekeeping request had to be made by 10AM. Cleaning staff was not observed. Hotel was in a great location to walk to places in...

"Good"

"Fantastic location, great staff, and great room. Breakfast was the only thing that could have improved in every area fruit, salads, breads - made to order eggs were an additional cost which is not normal when you pay 400 Euros per night."

"This hotel is a gem. It’s right in the center of old Palermo, walkable to everywhere. But inside the hotel it is tranquil and quiet. There are a lot of public rooms and a large breakfast buffet. Overall, a great find for staying in the city."

"Great location. The staff is friendly and hospitable! The breakfast was lovely. The rooms are clean, updated and have all the right amities. The owners are incredibly helpful and extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend staying here. It is in the heart of the city. The location is amazing!!"
