"This was the nicest place we stayed in our lives. We stayed in the sunset suite. It was fantastic. I don’t even have words. It was clean and they thought of everything to keep their guests comfortable We had a mobile phone provided in our room which we could use to ask for food or extra towels for example The staff were extremely accomodating and each one went above and beyond. They even had someone coming to move the kayaks at night so they didn’t disturb the guests during sleep It was...

"Incredible stay at BacuaBay, we stayed in the presidential suite with a family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers) and it was immaculate, very roomy, to spread out and very comfortable. Clean great bathrooms and pool is awesome and huge! The gardens are beautiful with jetty and a bar on the jetty, we loved our stay here. Staff could not be more helpful and friendl."
