"The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. "The hotel was in a great location that we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see, i.e. Prado Museum, the Palace. And if you didn't want to walk, the Metro is right outside. The staff was very friendly and helped us get a cab when we need to go to the airport on our last day. The roof top was nice but very hot when there so I didn't go up there but my friend did and enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable."
