"Had not expected the £7.50pn parking fee, must have missed it on the website. Upgraded £10pn to Club room to include parking, plus water and coffee machine/tea in room but there is only one can of water per guest on the first night, we had expected water each day as you normally get at hotels of this price bracket (have stayed in hundreds of hotel through work and that would be the norm). Tea/coffee (decent) was replenished though. We got delivered shower floor towels rather than hand towels...

"Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
