La chambre est dans un état déplorable la douche et limite insalubre j’ai pris des photos et je pense que je vais demandé un remboursement car entre le site internet et la réalité il y a deux mondes.

Arriver là-bas, numéro de réservation qui ne passe pas et nom introuvable, j’appelle donc le MR de l’accueil et celui ci me donne un autre numéro je le met et la on me demande de payer, donc je refuse car j’avais déjà payer sur internet, ensuite il me demande de payer les taxes de séjour, mais pas de monnaie et la machine à cb de marche pas !!!! Bref on arrive dans la chambre et la catastrophe… la télé ne marche pas, la porte de la salle de bains ne ferme pas, le tuyeau de douche fuit donc en allumant l’eau tout est arrosé et pour finir il y a des taches sur les toilettes

Chambre au rdc avec infiltration d’eau au niveau de la fenêtre. Grosse auréoles avec cloque sur la peinture. Odeur horrible qui s’est imprégné dans le linge sac fermé. Plus jamais je n’y reviendrai.

Je n ai jamais vue ça dans un hôtel, lunette des toilettes Fêlée en deux, pas de serviettes de toilette, pas de poubelle, pas de télécommande pour la télévision, sol sale, une applique qui fonctionne sur trois, savon vide. Ça inspire pas confiance surtout en période de coronavirus.

Pas pratique
Lorsque la chambre est réservée pour 2 personnes, l accueil exige de voir les pièces d identité des deux personnes sinon ils ne donnent pas la chambre.
Très contraignant quand on ne prevoit pas d arriver à la même heure.
D ailleurs si la borne avait fonctionnait je n aurai présenté aucune pièces donc leur rigidité est déplacée.
