"Amazing view phenomenal unit extremely clean and new. Staff was amazing and very convenient too was more than I expected. I highly recommend this place in his family friendly it is in front of the water yet extremely safe and quiet during bedtime. We'll see it on the 10th floor I will definitely be returning mind you that these views are available everywhere but the peace and comfort and the staff will bring us back."

"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. "First time experience in this resort. Convenient location, safe environment, clean facility, pool with relaxing lounge chairs & lifeguard on duty. Walk downstairs to beach. Private lounge chairs & umbrellas in the beach area for guest. Shopping just steps away. The rooms are very clean, spacious with beautiful ocean view & phenomenal attention received from our room service (Beatriz). She made sure what our needs were and cleaned our room daily. Highly recommend this resort!"

"Staff is excellent, everything is so clean all of the time. Everything very accessible, great for kids, lots of pool options. Kids club is only about 2 hours per day but they take good care of them. Rooms are very clean. Building is a tad dated, drinks are so-so, food is great lots of options. Beds weren’t that comfortable a little hard for my comfort but I asked for a bunch of extra pillows and that helped. No issues with elevators. Banda bands on the beach every night was a bit annoying (like 4 bands playing something different at a time). Beautiful beach. I would return solely because of the staff and cleanliness. Oh also the weather was impeccible. 27 Celsius every day not 1 cloud."

"Very little if any spoken English which made it hard to communicate with any staff members. Very much so a more visited resort from locals in Mexico. Food was below average with very few options to pick from and same stuff day after day. Nathalie our server at the outdoor bar was the best part of our trip! She was very nice and always attentive and had drinks to us the whole day. "

"Everything was perfect. Relaxing atmosphere with live entertainment in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The evening buffet had a different theme every night. For those who play it safe with food options they also offered pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, and french fries. The snack bars had plenty of options from hamburgers, fries, nachos, fried rice, chicken and shrimp chow mein, and sushi. The servers were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure you were taken care of. Rooms were cleaned and re-stocked daily. The only issue (and it wasn't terrible after being in the sun all day) the water for showering didn't get very warm. "
