"Clean room & very friendly staff. However, several amenities did not work properly in the room, including the internet, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the airport shuttle service was not consistently available during a busy part of the weekend (no service between 12pm-5pm) which made transportation difficult & inconvenient"

"2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. I have heard that as an Expedia customer there are sometimes a few options in this area. But, I cannot recommend. The ceiling was peeling, the wallpaper was peeling. I took plenty of pictures, but in the end we just had to meet our obligations in the city for the weekend"
