"Location is superb , The mattress was not comfortable"

"This hotel is in the ideal location, in the City Center. Keeping in mind that can be a little noisy with the bustle of shoppers and the ringing of the church bells. We had a challenging time finding it because the entrance to the hotel is literally in the courtyard for the Juliette attraction. So it's quite busy during the day but in the evening you have the courtyard to yourself. This makes for beautiful pictures! The staff was amazing, the room was spacious (we had a suite) and beautiful....

"Near major spots"

"We enjoyed our stay...as there are only 4 rooms. The staff is only there for checkin and breakfast service...so make sure you are in contact with them for arrival time. Checkin was good. We got the mixed breakfast of savory and sweet. There was more than enough food for the both of us...fresh fruit, breads, sweets, eggs,tea and coffee, juice,and much more, delivered to your room at the time you specify. "

"PLEASE READ - NOT GOOD!! Theres no description that the property is part of an apartment and there’s no signage anywhere to find it. I walked around the whole building for 20 minutes confused. There’s only a small print on a list beside a random door with 50 other names on it with a buzzer that says “Daydreaming Inn”. If you click the buzzer it will do nothing anyways. Worthless. Reception took 45 minutes to buzz me in (after saying it will take only 10 mins) so I had to sit outside and just...

"This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

"The room was clean and spacious, the problem was how cold it was. It was October and they didn’t have heat although there were radiators in all the rooms. The woman at the reception said it was “not possible” to turn them on. There was also a washer and a kitchen we couldn’t use either. We had to wear our jackets inside and 2 blankets for the bed so we could get some sleep. "
