"Beautiful hotel - good location - by the beach - nice room - good spa"

"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."

"Everything was perfect and it’s close to town"

"The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Really good stay and central"

"Staff always brilliant. Thanks again for an amazing stay"

"My shower had liquid soap in the bottom & there was water on the floor"

"The bedroom was small and no breakfast or anywhere to get a drink. Plus not pet friendly, Instead of refunding our money they excepted my dogs which was totally impractical."

"Stay away if you don't want to bring bed bugs back home. We have bed bugs in our rooms, and tried to move around the hotel, to different rooms on different floors, but the problem remained the same. We spent one night killing bed bugs all night before we gave up and moved out. Hotel has refused to give us any refund afterwards."

"Lovely location close to the beach - would highly recommend."

"Price matched that expectation for a night in a UK coastal town… nothing more to say. There is no AC in the rooms, but wasn’t needed as the night was cool. Very helpful staff and accommodating. Great location to the beach, only 5 min walk."
