"Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased."

There was a strong mold smell, especially in the bathroom not only in my room, but also in my friend’s room. "Charming building. Loved the bath tub and real bars of soap instead of that goop from plastic containers. Overlooks little park. Easy to park in front of but one way street makes it hard to get out.Very nice staff."

"Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück sagte uns nicht zu. Auswahl und Qualität mit den anderen Hotels unserer Rundreise nicht vergleichbar. Die waren um einiges besser. Nur drei Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Sind diese besetzt muss man selber an der Hauptstraße oder passenden Parkplätzen in der Nähe suchen. Gefühlt kein 4-Sterne Hotel mehr"

"We stayed at this hotel in Portugal where a faulty balcony lock led to a break-in and theft of our valuables. The manager promised to investigate and contact us about reimbursement, but never followed up and has been unresponsive for over a month.
