"Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased."

"This place looked amazing in the photos, but when you get there, it’s honestly nothing like the pictures. There was a strong mold smell, especially in the bathroom not only in my room, but also in my friend’s room. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the staff was very kind and helpful, but my main complaint is definitely the smell in both the room and washroom. The floors also didn’t seem very clean; our socks turned completely black from walking around. Unfortunately, I had to leave...

"Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück sagte uns nicht zu. Auswahl und Qualität mit den anderen Hotels unserer Rundreise nicht vergleichbar. Die waren um einiges besser. Nur drei Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Sind diese besetzt muss man selber an der Hauptstraße oder passenden Parkplätzen in der Nähe suchen. Gefühlt kein 4-Sterne Hotel mehr"

"We stayed at this hotel in Portugal where a faulty balcony lock led to a break-in and theft of our valuables. The manager promised to investigate and contact us about reimbursement, but never followed up and has been unresponsive for over a month. This experience shows poor security and terrible management, and we were left completely dissatisfied."

They had to switch rooms, and got a smaller room that our reservation. We asked for some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience (just for my cousin, not for me), and hotel said they couldn’t comp us breakfast because we paid thru Expedia but they would be in touch.
