"This hotel is located on a gorgeous tree-lined street in a lovely part of the city. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay - especially the wonderful front desk staff who were so kind and helpful when I arrived several hours later and much more jet lagged than planned due to flight delays. I only dined in the restaurant for breakfast but I thought it was the perfect way to start a long day of sightseeing. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good but it is very old and almost all the rooms had a strange potent smell. Staff are very rude. It is a tour bus hotel so I think they have a very bad time with customers and take it out on everyone."

Front staffs were helpful and friendly, front door security never greet or smile when people entering the hotel’ entrance, the main advantage was the location in city centre of Buenos Aires, lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. "
