Our room on level 5 was generally quiet, although we did hear the occasional traffic noise but it was not bad at all. Staff were professional and helpful. "Towels and sheets in the room are very old. Sheet has stains on it. Everything is old and outdated. Staff were not super helpful "

"The location is great. Check in was horrible. Two clerks were working. One started with us and said to check in on line. He said he would be with us when he finished his money deposit. After 20 minutes he was ready to help us. Meanwhile the other client helped people who came in after us. When we got to our assigned room someone was already in there. The water in the new room did not stay a consistent temperature while showering. As a place to sleep one night it is adequate."
