Breakfast was a definite plus with different hot foods each day of our stay and multiple other breakfast choices including waffles, oatmeal with add-ins, fresh fruit, etc. Staff was very courteous and really liked that there was a private shuttle going to/from Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. "Our stays with the Kahler Grand were tied to medical procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The staff understands Mayo is the reason the majority of guests are in Rochester. Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful. My husband and I want to acknowledge Salma who helped us extend our stay after our flight was cancelled last minute. She was both empathetic and professional. The hotel is above an easily accessed underground tunnel system of shops, restaurants, and connections to Mayo and other hospital building shuttle stops."
