"Nice clean bedsit-type flat with everything we needed for a two night stay. Not too far from the Brudenell, which was the reason for our trip. Bed was comfy, shower cubicle probably wouldn’t be big enough to contain the larger guest but was fine for us. Communication with Zack was excellent. "Spa was good but very busy. Breakfast was excellent and location wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately there was a gypsy wedding in the hotel during our stay and it was very noisy and there were fights in the bar. Room was good though. Large size and had everything we needed. "

"Unfortunately in our room the ventilation was not working and had a error come up if you tried to restart the air conditioning. We did not really need air conditioning for cooling that much but just flowing air would have been much nicer as the room but a bit muggy and musky because lack of air flow. Windows did open a bit we found so that did help. Room was well fitted out but some things did not work, usb ports along side bed, fan in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but could have been better for sure. Good Competitive rates though as well."
