"Jeff at the front desk is a delight. Personable and knowledgeable. We always stay at a hotel with a pool, but this one had a lot of teenagers in there all night causing chaos. The pool is small, so we didn't swim. The remote needed its batteries changed, so that was a challenge to get the TV to work. ..."
