"Beautiful hotel, close to everything in Colon. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Would stay again in the future."

"La atención del personal muy buena y amable desde el guarda de seguridad hasta el personal de limpieza y recepción lo único malo es que probablemente el detergente que usan para lavado no es muy bueno xq las toallas olían a sucio aún estando recién lavadas y habían algunas pequeñas cucarachas en el baño... pero por lo demás muy bien y recomendado como muy buena opción de hospedaje.."

"Room was dirty, full of dirt and dust. Missing clean towels! Bugs in the shower. Property outdated."

"Only one restaurant which is buffet only on all-inclusive property. Not much to do. Staff was not friendly. Had a accident on property due to staff negligence and ambulance was called and they never accompanied us after that and refused us the incident report. Would not recommend staying here."

"Love staying here when we come to the city and watching ships pass through the Canal. Staff is always wonderful! Restaurants nearby or you can order food at the pool or head to TGI Fridays in the hotel. Large pool and kiddie pool. Walking/bike path along the Canal. Close to malls, Casco Viejo, National Bus Terminal, and airport for domestic flights."

"Increíble"

"Beautiful resort, staff was amazing besides the 7.6 earthquake the whole trip was amazing"

"the view of ships passing thru the Panama Canal was very nice! very comfortable stay, will definitely stay at IHG properties again"

"It was our first time in Panama. We had an amazing time, the hotel was clean the staff were friendly. The food was great. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you Mr Shaw our tour guide. We got to see the city and experience pamanaiam culture."

"Great location and lovely hotel with spacious room, however, there was no hot water in the shower."
