Convenient location. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Hotel needs an update. Shower went cold within a couple of minutes. Road noise was prominent and loose external fixtures need to be repaired. Balconies were a good addition but external parts of the building need cleaning

Very well appointed hotel, comfortable rooms, good health facilities and spa, really nice breakfast, but the nicest thing was the staff... friendly, helpful, polite and engaging
