Checked in the first night and room given was not cleaned. Was left dirty from previous resident. Was offered a minor upgrade though

Novotel Köln City
The staff was so accommodating and made us feel so very welcome during our stay. Our room was impeccable and absolutely clean, the hotel itself is in such a convenient location. I loved every moment of our stay.
