"Just there for a quick overnight stay. The person who checked me in was so cheerful and kind. She informed me of all the amenities and gave me a bottle of water and cookie to take to my room. I don't have a single coplaint about my room. Will definitely check into staying here again if needed."
"Definitely recommend staying at Hyatt hotel in Germantown. Very safe area, breaskest had healthy servings, staff was very friendly.
Room very clean, bed confortable, onlly down side shower sprayed on floor poor design and bathroom was very tight. Reported leak to front desk. "
"I was very worried at first after reading reviews and never staying at a Four Points before, but I was pleasantly surprised once checking in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean, and appeared newly renovated. TV even accommodated Netflix and other streaming platforms. Only negative things about the room is the water pressure isn’t the greatest and there is only 2 towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Pool was open, it was clean and well kept. Felt amazing...
"The beds were comfortable. I had a suite with full cooking possibilities. TV’s in sitting area and bedroom. Nice safe area and clean. They served breakfast each morning."
