"First rate. Expect the best of everything because that is what guests receive. Family owned. Service provided by the owner and every employee is above and beyond. The owner took me on a coffee plantation tour and translated the tour to english for me. Great dude. The friendly and professional staff carry meals down the side of a mountain to the guests. The food is homemade on site with attention to detail. It is outstanding. The ingredients for the banana pancakes are grown onsite.Unreal taste...

"Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only feedback is we wish there was Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the bed was a little softer. Although we came here to disconnect, having Wi-FI to communicate with family and manage flight check-ins would have been convenient. "

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had. The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of. Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas. Overall, we were really happy with our stay....
