Beautiful hotel in downtown Historic Honda, super location . The Hotel itself was great BUT the service was exceptional specially Carlos , he went the extra steps to make you feel welcome . I am one guest that if service is not good even though hotel is nice I would never go back , with Las Palmas I am sure to recommend and be very happy to go back !
