The fridge froze all our food, couldn't get tge microwave to work it was stuck on clock mode :( the shower curtain didn't extend the full length of the tub so water got everywhere for showering.. ..."

"I reserved 3 rooms with 3 beds in each. Paid over $730 per room for a 3 night stay. On the third night, they locked me out of my room and said I only paid for 2 nights. I asked the clerk if the room was $370 dollars a night and he said yes... I was obviously stuck and needed the room one more night, ..."
