Good location; clean… good value. I would definitely stay again. Had an issue with keys decoding after leaving room prior to checking out.. however it was handled.

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
My bathroom smelled like an open sewer, was told that someone would check it Saturday morning. That didn't happen, when we returned back after concert Saturday night the smell was just as bad. Wonderful expat the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Cleveland! The facility was clean, restaurant was delicious and reasonable and the staff were friendly and accommodating! I would stay there again without hesitation if I venture back to Cleveland
