"Så fint och bra hotell. Helt fantastisk frukost och fräscha rum. Det enda som kunde förbättras för ett femstjärnigt hotell är spaavdelningen. Varmare vatten i poolen och en liten jacuzzi hade varit helt perfekt."

"Siisti hotelli ja 17. kerroksen huoneesta mahtava näköala vanhan kaupungin suuntaan. Sisistus huoneessa jo ainakin kylpyhuoneen osalta vanhahtava, mutta huone erittäin puhdas. Miinusta patjasta , joka oli painunut ja sen keskellä oli "kohouma". Ylimmän kerroksen baarin ruoka erinomaista eikä edes erityisen kallista. Kylpyläosasto pimeä, lapsille tatkoitettua allasta ei ole mutta muun muassa uimarenkaita ja muita vesileluja oli laitettu esille. Lapset huomioidaan hotellissa hienosti. "

"Paying extra for old town view is absolute waste of money as old town is so far that all you see is few church towers and there are 2 modern very high glasstowers in front of the view and the nearest old building beside the hotel has crashed down. The rooms are probably also quieter on the other side. Rooms are comfy, bed was ok as well as bathroom, reception personnel was very helpful and nice 👍"
