"We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. Libor who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and used the 20% off voucher we were given during check in. The staff at the restaurant were equally as friendly. The free bread and condiments were a nice extra. Our rooms were upgraded to the executive rooms. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees were provided and the complementary bottles of water was a nice addition. The two only negative points was in the bathrooms. The bathroom taps in both rooms were very stiff and hard to open and turn off. Also the shower head in my bathroom wasn’t the best, still worked but the water dribbled out. The shower in my friends room worked well so we had one good working shower. Overall, our stay was very good and we are happy to return "

"Hotel Pavilon was better than we could hsve ever imagined! We had no idea what to expect when we arrived, and we were very pleased. The rooms were quite comfortable and had lovely views. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The next time we come to Prague, we will.stay here again. And I will be telling anyone I know to stay there as well. "

"Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches and Great Service We had a very positive experience during our stay. The hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus, even though it was about a 300-meter walk from the accommodation. The nearest tram station was also conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Since we visited in the summer, we were pleasantly surprised to find a fan already set up in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience.
